Philip made this Gender Bent Wicked Witch of the West using Poly twill cut-away tuxedo jacket, raw silk double breasted vest with stretch cotton denim pants. The jacket is hand embellished with sequins and beads and the cuffs are fully encrusted with hand sewn sequins, beads and feathers.
