For this reason, when ordering online Mood strongly recommends that its customers purchase swatches for a small fee before the final purchase of material to avoid any inconveniences that may arise due to inaccurate color matching. All sales are final. Special orders are a final sale. There are no refunds, no cancellation, and no returns. All fabric beginning with PV are not eligible for wholesale pricing. | | | | Return Policy | Mood Fabrics strives to satisfy our customers by providing the highest quality in designer fabrics. From time to time, defects in fabrics may be found. In these cases, we strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as the defect is noticed. After 30 days from your original invoice date we will no longer consider items for return. In order to receive a full refund, a returned material authorization(RMA) number and a copy of the original order invoice must accompany the returned item. We, at Mood, reserve the right to deny any refunds for fabrics that have been cut or altered. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed against the original form of payment. The appropriate account will be credited within two weeks time. Original shipping cost will be refunded on defective items only. Mood is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. However, in most cases Mood is willing to work with the carrier to rectify the problem. Mood Fabrics does not exchange items. We strongly suggest that you purchase a swatch of the desired Fabrics for a small fee before purchasing the material. Special Order items cannot be returned, under any circumstances. Orders originating from U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped by UPS. MoodFabrics.com does not offer shipping to addresses outside of the United States on the website. Please call our website division at (201) 933-7565 to arrange for shipping to areas outside the contiguous USA. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. UPS does not make deliveries on the weekend and all major United States National Holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 3-7 business days for ground shipments to arrive. All applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice. In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. All Home Fabric and Fashion Fabric with Product Numbers beginning with PV will ship the next business day. Gift Cards are sent to recipients via their emails. Gift Cards are non refundable and non-transferable. Gift Cards are only valid up to one year after purchase. Gift Cards may not be redeemed or transferred for international orders. They are only redeemable for shipments within the U.S. If an order, shipping, or NYS sales tax (if applicable) exceeds the Gift Card's amount, the difference must be paid by available payment method.
