Leather Hides

One of the most durable materials available, leather is a stiff, yet flexible fabric traditionally created when animal hides undergo a process called tanning. Leathers made from non animal sources are also available. Leather is generally offered in one of four varieties; full-grain, top-grain, corrected-grain, and split, although many more types are available. Leather has long been used in outerwear, shoes and luggage because of its incredible durability and temperature regulation properties, but has also now been widely adopted across a range of textile applications, from men and women’s clothing to home and interior décor.
