Although Mood Fabrics takes every step necessary to assure accurate representation of  items displayed online, the colors of fabrics ordered through our website cannot be guaranteed by Mood due to color variances beyond our control, such as variances in monitor color settings. For this reason, when ordering online Mood strongly recommends that its customers purchase swatches for a small fee before the final purchase of material to avoid any inconveniences that may arise due to inaccurate color matching.

All sales are final.

Special orders are a final sale. There are no refunds, no cancellation, and no returns.

Mood Fabrics works tirelessly to ensure the standards of high-end quality products and services that you are accustomed to expecting from Mood. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or services, please call or e-mail us at your earliest convenience and we will try to accommodate you within the guidelines of our policies.

Return Policy

Mood Fabrics strives to satisfy our customers by providing the highest quality in designer fabrics. From time to time, defects in fabrics may be found. In these cases, we strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as the defect is noticed. After 30 days from your original invoice date we will no longer consider items for return.

In order to receive a full refund, a returned material authorization(RMA) number and a copy of the original order invoice must accompany the returned item. We, at Mood, reserve the right to deny any refunds for fabrics that have been cut or altered.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed against the original form of payment. The appropriate account will be credited within two weeks time. Original shipping cost will be refunded on defective items only.

Mood is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. However, in most cases Mood is willing to work with the carrier to rectify the problem.

Mood Fabrics does not exchange items. We strongly suggest that you purchase a swatch of the desired Fabrics for a small fee before purchasing the material.

Special Order items cannot be returned, under any circumstances.
