HOW TO CARE FOR WOOL FABRICS:
Dry-cleaning is recommended, though some wools can take hand washing. Always test a swatch first if you are going to care for your wool fabrics at home rather than using a drycleaner. Many of the fine wools Mood sells online and in-store have already been "sponged," or preshrunk, but you can preshrink your wool if necessary. Mood recommends taking your uncut wool fabric to the drycleaners and asking them to steam it for you, which will safely preshrink it more effectively than you can using home methods. These care instructions given are for Wool Fabrics in general, however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods. |

Brilliantly blue-green, this Italian Emerald Stretch Wool Suiting is an absolute gem! From the “King of Pants” himself, Alvin Valley, this suiting is soft, smooth, and crisp with a springy, almost 25% stretch through the weft (and a slight give in the warp). The flexible, billowing drape is perfect for, of course, all kinds of pants and trousers—fitted, wide-legged, high-waisted, cropped—but would also shine in other suiting separates like blazers, vests, and pencil skirts. Mostly opaque, a lining may be added for structure where needed, as well as a polished finish.
