For this cold weather season, we revisit an oldie but goodie! Mood Fabrics’ Geranium Coat free sewing pattern was first introduced as a project for spring and was featured using a stunning African print. We’ve now taken it up a few levels for this fall and winter season by showcasing this beauty in a very interesting and unique fabric. This stretch faux fur has a laminated scale pattern all over, which feels just as interesting as it looks. Rock your your new fur coat with a pleated mini skirt and tall boots! Add a chunky wrap scarf and long leather gloves when the air gets a little cooler! This versatile coat pattern would be great in any of the many wool coatings Mood Fabrics has to offer. Let us know how you plan to style your Geranium Coat redux!

Bonjour,
Merci pour ce modèle !
Cordialement.
So I’ve feeling inspired by all the blogs on here for pattern redux’s…. I think I’m going to crop this coat and make a cropped blazer with a bit of a puffed shoulder sleeve…. perhaps in a cream shantung silk.
Sounds absolutely stunning!
