Halloween is fast approaching and if you’re like me, you’re totally behind on your costume plans. For these outfits above, we wanted to give off some vaguely Disney vibes while still looking totally chic.

Aurora was made using our Honeysuckle Dress pattern and an easy to sew poly satin. If you’re on the opposite side of the Pink vs. Blue debate, don’t worry – it’s available in a variety of shades!

Ariel was one of my favorite to make, using our Daylily Skirt and the top from our Apricot Ensemble. To keep the pleats of our pleated fabrics down while you sew the top, pin the pleats together and add some fusible interfacing to the back before you cut your pattern pieces.

Our last outfit feels like something straight out of Jasmine’s wardrobe. For this one, we used our Callisia Cover-Up, one of Mood’s new luxury brocades, and a luxe poly chiffon.

Let’s take a look at some more quick and easy downloadable free sewing patterns that can easily transform into the perfect Halloween look! (Aside from our actually cosplay patterns, which feature characters from Game of Thrones, Star Wars, The Good Place, Marvel, and more!)

Some characters are so iconic, all you need is a basic top. Try a simple tee in pale blue to get a look that’s totally Tina from Bob’s Burgers, completed with a half circle skirt. If cartoon’s aren’t your style, use our Ginkgo cropped button up in a crazy print for some Eleven vibes, or in a pink solid to channel your inner Laura Dern in Jurassic Park.

Both the Brassia and Shirley Dress can give off some seriously witchy vibes, especially when made in all black. Try a dark ponte for an easy pullover dress that screams Wednesday Adams, or opt for the Shirley in a deep red that’ll create a look that’s all Sabrina. For a bit more drama, download our Hibiscus Robe and create a gorgeously dark lace or crepe gown that’s straight out of Morticia Adams’ wardrobe.

Whether you’re on the side of villains or heroines, we’ve got your covered – literally. Our Zinnia Jacket would make the perfect Joker’s jacket in this deep purple faux leather or even a simple twill.  For those of you with a little more whimsy in your arsenal, our Dahlia Coat is a silhouette straight out of the early sixties, making it perfect for a Marvelous Ms. Maisel-inspired look.
