As a refresher: Regencycore is similar to cottagecore, except it’s a bit grander and dressed up and inspired by high society instead of prairie life. In Bridgerton, the color palette in each gorgeous gown and ensemble is full of dreamy pastels and whimsical colors perfect for spring. The shades are soft, pale, and sensual, and they go along with other popular aesthetics like cottagecore.

Online searches for brocade coats and jacquard mini dresses have skyrocketed. Meanwhile, lacy tops and flowy satin skirts also have the potential to be on the rise. Each of these fabrics is heavily influential in the regencycore type of dressing. Layers of fabrics styled into tiered dresses are also really hot right now, and any fabric will do.
