For this redux, you hardly need any pattern alteration skills. All I did this time around was skip the pockets, which reduced a little bit of bulk around the hips; and I also shortened the sleeves to about 8″ finished. Be sure to include an extra half inch of seam allowance if you try out this redux as well!
