Face masks are undeniably becoming just as stylish as they are essential. That said, why not add a beautiful Swarovski mask to your curated collection of safe and fashionable PPE? Using our contoured face mask, we added a variety of exquisite Swarovski buttons and dazzling rhinestones for a one-of-a-kind look!  We also added an easy chain detail to make sure your mask is always within reach. • 1/2 yard of Black Sea Island Cotton Sateen
• 8 pc Vintage Swarovski Jet Self Back Shank Button 22L 
• 72pc Jet Hotfix Swarovski Rhinestones SS12(3.0MM)
• 1 yard 3/8″ Black Aluminum Metal Chain
• 2 pc Italian Black Crystal Rhinestone
• Contour Face Mask Template (free download below!)

• Cotton Flannel

Cut 2 of the main fabric or 4 if you are using the main fabric as the facing
Cut 2 of interfacing
Cut 2 of lining

Here’s How To Sew:

Step 1: Sew your woven interfacing to each of the wrong sides of your main fabric pieces. Set the 2 remaining facing pieces aside for now.

Step 2: Now that both of the main fabric pieces have been interfaced, pin them together
at center front, right sides together and sew.

Step 3: Clip into the center front curve to reduce bulk. Now, assemble your facing/lining the same way.

Step 4: Loop your elastic through the bottom edges of the chain on each end. Pin your elastic to each corner and baste stitch in place. Next, with the right sides together, pin your facing/lining to the mask front, and sew along the top and sides.

Step 5: Sew across the bottom leaving a small opening in the center to turn the mask
right side out. Press the mask and hand stitch or machine stitch the opening to finish.

To embellish, start with the appliques at each end. Next, add the larger Swarvoski buttons. Finish by filling in the spaces between with the hotfix rhinestones. That’s it you’re done!
