Many of the fine wools Mood sells online and in-store have already been "sponged," or preshrunk, but you can preshrink your wool if necessary. Mood recommends taking your uncut wool fabric to the drycleaners and asking them to steam it for you, which will safely preshrink it more effectively than you can using home methods. These care instructions given are for Wool Fabrics in general, however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Stretch your creative muscles with this Italian Black Stretch Wool Suiting! Here, a sunken stripe pattern exposes the lycra fibers as a design with a dimensional stripe pattern in the hollow on one side and a ribbed-like raised design showing on the reverse. With an easy drape running through the weft and a considerably stiffer drape running parallel to the stripes, this suiting takes an unusual shape. We see boxy, oversized jackets and trousers in this suiting's future! Mostly opaque, a lining is unnecessary but may be useful in adding structure and comfort in wear.
