Lamb Leather Fabric

Lambs Hide – the only hide that is always tanned with the hair (or fleece) on, lamb hide is an extremely versatile material. Lambs hide is more commonly called sheepskin and is used in everything from boots, gloves, hats, rugs, coats, earmuffs, and more. This material is extremely insulating, which means that it is great for keeping one warm. Fleece is considered to be hypoallergenic, and it is also flame resistant. In cold and dry conditions, its resistance to static electricity is an excellent feature. Sheepskin, along with its insulating properties, is also excellent at moisture-absorbency, and so shearling garments, which are made with the fleece on the inside, can wick perspiration away from the body, keeping the wearer comfortable. Lambs hide can be dyed any into almost any color imaginable.
