HOW TO CARE FOR WOOL FABRICS:
Dry-cleaning is recommended, though some wools can take hand washing. Always test a swatch first if you are going to care for your wool fabrics at home rather than using a drycleaner. Many of the fine wools Mood sells online and in-store have already been "sponged," or preshrunk, but you can preshrink your wool if necessary. Mood recommends taking your uncut wool fabric to the drycleaners and asking them to steam it for you, which will safely preshrink it more effectively than you can using home methods. These care instructions given are for Wool Fabrics in general, however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods. |

Great for fluffier jackets or the coziest of woven sweaters, the face of this wool features a plethora of texture and dimensional interest for something in a solid black coloration. With one of the softest faces you will find, the reverse side actually proves to be rather fuzzy with subtle dispersed boucles throughout, and one may actually opt to line the material for comfortability purposes. With a drape that is very easy and laying at 59" in width, this wool could also be made into stylish fingerless gloves, wool scarves, or cute leg warms. Note that this material is nearly opaque with a few sheer pockets due to the structure of the weave.
