Return Policy

While we hope that every purchase is a good fit, we know sometimes it isn’t! Can’t “make it work”? Here are your options:

Fabrics, trims, special orders, and anything cut to size can NOT be returned or exchanged. Buttons, notions, or anything sold as a whole item—such as but not limited to unopened sewing machines and dress forms—may be exchanged or returned for full store credit (less shipping fees). Note: Once an item is opened or used, it can no longer be exchanged or returned, e.g. packaged notions, sewing machines, dress forms, and others not stated here.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the shipping date to request a return. 

Note: Items MUST be returned in the condition they were shipped; e.g. if the item returned was shipped on a roll, the item must also be returned on a roll. Refunds for items returned damaged or in unsellable condition will not be processed. 

The Mood Shipping Protection fee is a non-refundable service that ensures the safety and security of your order during transit. While we strive to meet and exceed our customers' expectations, unfortunately, this specific fee is exempt from refunds.
