Mood Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment

To apply for the Affiliates Program, please utilize the dedicated Affiliates Program platform managed by the Awin Network. It is essential that you provide accurate and up-to-date information, including payment and tax details, throughout your participation in the program. Mood Fabrics and Awin retain the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of your registration and account information whenever necessary. Once approved, you bear sole responsibility for all activities associated with your Awin Network account and Affiliates Program engagement. Please promptly notify Mood Fabrics and Awin if you become aware of any unauthorized account usage or security breaches.

Mood Fabrics retains the discretion to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Affiliates Program and deny service without providing a specific reason, at any time. Kindly be aware that the participation in the Affiliates Program is subject to geographical limitations, and it may only be available to Affiliates located in specific countries. Moreover, the program is void where prohibited by law. Mood Fabrics retains the right to evaluate and determine the acceptance or rejection of any application to join the Affiliates Program, based on its sole discretion.

Affiliates must agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Program Overview

Affiliates will promote our products through approved affiliate links, banners, or other promotional materials provided by the program.

Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links or codes.

Commission rates, cookie durations, and payment terms will be outlined in the program's documentation.

3. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates will promote our products or services in a professional and lawful manner.

Affiliates shall not engage in any misleading or deceptive practices when promoting our brand.

Any claims or representations made about our products or services must be accurate and substantiated.

4. Commission and Payments

Commissions will be earned on qualifying sales made through affiliate links or codes.

Commission rates may vary based on the type of product or service sold.

Payments will be made monthly, or twice monthly, based on your frequency settings.

5. Affiliate Obligations

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their affiliate links are properly formatted and functioning.

Affiliates shall not use any deceptive tactics to generate clicks or inflate sales.

Affiliates shall promptly remove any expired or discontinued promotional materials.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid, subject to any chargebacks or refunds.

7. Modifications

The program reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Affiliates will be notified of any changes and must review and agree to the updated terms to continue participating in the program.
