Many of the fine wools Mood sells online and in-store have already been "sponged," or preshrunk, but you can preshrink your wool if necessary. Mood recommends taking your uncut wool fabric to the drycleaners and asking them to steam it for you, which will safely preshrink it more effectively than you can using home methods. These care instructions given are for Wool Fabrics in general, however, Mood Fabrics does not accept responsibility for fabrics that are incorrectly laundered/damaged by following these instructions. Customers must test a swatch before laundering any fabrics at home to avoid damaging the goods. |

Blue and white threads alternate in a twill weave on either side of this material, with the two layers of fabric held together by fine threads in between. The facing sides are brushed for a delightfully fluffy texture, which also serves to create a heathered look. Spongey with a thick, malleable drape and slight all-way give, create cozy cardigans, stately winter coats, and accessories like hats and cowls to keep you comfy all winter long! Opaque, a lining isn't necessary for most projects.
